First of all, welcome to the transactional website of DIVERSITY SHOP INC. By using and accessing all services and content of DIVERSITY SHOP INC., you agree to be bound by all of the following terms, exactly as they are presented to you. If you do not accept the terms of use below, you must not access our website. You also may not download or use any content if you do not agree with all of the points listed below.
OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
DIVERSITY SHOP INC. is the operator and sole owner of the transactional website www.diversityshop.ca and all related pages. All content belongs to DIVERSITY SHOP INC. The data, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, images, sounds, videos, software, trade names and all other information appearing on this transactional site are the property of DIVERSITY SHOP INC., its affiliated entities and/or its licensors. REGISTRATION / PASSWORDS
Our transactional site contains a section where you must complete an online registration form to access certain pages of the site.
In consideration of your use of our transactional site and the services it offers, you agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate information as requested in the registration form indicated by the site. You also agree to update your registration information as soon as any information on this registration form changes.
As part of the registration process, we may ask you to provide a username and password. USER CONDUCT

— contains any form of destructive software such as a virus, computer worm, Trojan horse, logic bomb, cancelbot, any other harmful component or any other file, program or computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software, computer hardware or telecommunications equipment;
— collects or otherwise gathers or stores any information (including personally identifiable information) about other users of the transactional site, including email addresses, without the express consent of those users;
— misleads other users or participants, creates a false identity regarding the sender or origin of a message, falsifies a header and/or a logo, or otherwise tampers with an identifier in order to conceal the origin of content transmitted through the transactional site;
— impersonates any person or entity, including, without limitation, a shareholder or employee of DIVERSITY SHOP INC., a discussion group leader, guide or host, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
— attempts to gain unauthorized access to the transactional site, another computer system or networks connected to the transactional site, through password mining or any other means;
— interferes with or disrupts networks or servers connected to the transactional site, or violates the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;
— uses, downloads, photographs or otherwise copies, or provides to any person or entity, the website’s user directory or any other information about users or the use of a site, in whole or in part, other than in the context of your use of the transactional site.
USER CONTENT
You assume full responsibility for all user content that you upload, publish, display or link to (hereinafter “post”) on or through the transactional site. You must not post user content on the transactional site that you did not create or that you are not authorized to display.
DIVERSITY SHOP INC. is not responsible for user content and assumes no liability for the content of such communications, whether arising under copyright, defamation, privacy, obscenity or any other laws. DIVERSITY SHOP INC. may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review activities occurring on the transactional site as well as any user content, and may block, edit, delete or remove (without notice) any user content at its sole discretion. DIVERSITY SHOP INC. reserves the right to terminate a user’s privilege to post user content or to participate in other services offered by DIVERSITY SHOP INC. when that user does not comply with these terms of use or the Code of Conduct.
By submitting user content to the transactional site, you grant DIVERSITY SHOP INC. a worldwide, non-exclusive, unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, translate (in whole or in part), create derivative works from, license, display or publicly perform such user content (in whole or in part), for any purpose whatsoever, and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, without your prior approval, and you waive any moral rights you may have in such user content. Furthermore, by submitting user content to DIVERSITY SHOP INC., you represent and warrant that you own and control all rights in such user content and that you have the right to grant the foregoing rights to DIVERSITY SHOP INC. User content reflects the views and opinions of the person or persons who submit it.
You acknowledge that DIVERSITY SHOP INC. may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the transactional site, including, without limitation, setting the maximum number of days that emails, posted messages or other user content may remain posted on the site. You agree that DIVERSITY SHOP INC. assumes no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages, communications or user content posted on or transmitted through the transactional site. It is solely your responsibility, at your own expense, to make backup copies of any user content that you post or store on the transactional site and to replace it as needed.
CONTESTS
From time to time, we may offer and/or co-sponsor contests, sweepstakes and games on the transactional site. Each of these activities is governed by specific rules that are accessible from the pages of the site on which the promotion is announced, or when you register.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
DIVERSITY SHOP INC. strives to provide the public with product reviews of the highest quality and integrity. We encourage honest and respectful communication. Therefore, in addition to complying with the Code of Conduct, by submitting a product review you agree to all of the following:

You will not post a review of a product that you do not own or have not used;

You will post only one review per product (unless it is to add new information);

You will not use insults, personal attacks or inflammatory language in your review;

You will not post any product review if you are an employee (or a family member of an employee) of the manufacturer of the product or of a competitor’s product.
You also understand and agree that DIVERSITY SHOP INC. is under no obligation to display the product reviews you submit on the transactional site and may revise or delete them at its sole discretion.
LINKS
We aim to provide you with a great experience on our transactional site. For your convenience, the site may offer links to other websites owned and operated by third parties that are not affiliated with our company. Please understand that websites linked from our transactional site are independent from DIVERSITY SHOP INC. and that we have no control over their content. Accordingly, DIVERSITY SHOP INC. cannot be held responsible for, and makes no warranties or representations regarding, the accuracy, timeliness and/or completeness of the information contained on such websites.

APPLICABLE LAWS
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and must be interpreted in accordance with those laws. Any dispute must be submitted to a competent court in the judicial district of the City of Trois-Rivières, Province of Quebec. If any provision of these terms of use is illegal, null or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of these terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
