Free delivery

Free shipping is available in Canada and applies to orders of CAD $100 or more before taxes, except for certain regions as mentioned below on this page.


Orders of CAD$100 and under have a special fixed delivery rate of $8.

Shipping Service

We will select the shipping service that best suits the needs of each order. After your purchase, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package.

 

Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped only after payment is received, a security fraud check is completed, and the order has been prepared. This processing time may vary.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment the carrier picks up the package. All orders are shipped from our facilities located in Quebec, Canada.

Depending on the destination address, typical delivery times across the country range from 2 to 6 business days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times, as many factors may affect shipping delays.

 

Unclaimed packages

If the package is not claimed at the carrier's collection point and the package must return to our facilities, you will be charged a fee of 35% of your total purchases. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Parcels damaged during delivery

If a package is damaged during shipment, contact us, by phone or email, within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will not be able to process your request after this time.
